There was a time not so long ago when having a steady step-aerobics practice and eating cottage cheese with melon for breakfast was enough to call one’s wellness paradigm halfway complete.
Fast forward to our never-a-dull-moment era where phenomena such as boutique cardio, high-technology wearable monitors, sound baths and laughter yoga are all quite the norm. And then there’s the most esoteric of all: energy work.
Which leads to the obvious question: how can we quantify such work, and more to the point, how can we know if energy healing techniques really “work”?
