The Lemonade Diet, also called the Master Cleanse, is a liquid-only diet used to detoxify the body and encourage weight loss. It consists of three things: a lemonade-like beverage, salt-water drink, and herbal laxative tea. The diet is meant to be strictly followed during a 3-10 day period.
